Here you will find recipes that I made while on Dr. Joel Fuhrman's Eat To Live weight loss and life plan programs. Although Dr. Fuhrman does not advocate using any oil or salt during the weight loss program, on occasion my recipes may include a small amount of oil and salt, so determine whether you want to follow his original program in this regard. The life plan allows you to consume an extra 150 calories per day beyond what is eaten during the weight loss phase. I call it the "daily cheat" and may include ingredients such as extra nuts, carbs, cheese, etc. For all recipes in this category, I state whether it complies with the weight loss or life plan.
